Our founder brings more than 40 years of experience in the industry. At 86 years old, he still recalls witnessing the development of the Miramar community—a neighborhood to which he, like many longtime residents, has always felt a special connection. Few know that his grandfather developed the San Marcos Building (now Castillo de Miramar), one of the area's first multifamily residential buildings.

When Don Fernando founded Momentum, he integrated accounting services to provide financial reporting in accordance with the law and the highest standards of financial management—a practice that remains a cornerstone of the company today. Momentum's operations are now supported by a team whose complementary expertise continues that legacy.

With more than 25 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, and risk analysis, Sandy brings extensive expertise in insurance, regulatory compliance, and commercial growth. He also has formal training in Business Administration.

Throughout his career, he has focused on identifying opportunities and earning the trust of clients through strategic guidance and dependable service. I have joined Momentum after years of close friendship and professional collaboration with Fernando Marcos Zorrilla.
